At DrSaurabhJaiswal.com, we strive to provide the best medical care and services. However, as a policy, we do not offer refunds for any medical consultations, treatments, or services provided.


1. Non-Refundable Services


  • Consultation fees, diagnostic tests, treatments, or procedures are non-refundable once availed.
  • Cancellation of scheduled appointments does not qualify for a refund.

2. Rescheduling Policy


If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.


3. Exceptions


Refunds may be considered only in cases of administrative errors, such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical issue.
  • Payment made but service not provided due to unforeseen circumstances.
